Clement Kern Gardens

A new multi-building development in Detroit’s Corktown community, Clement Kern Gardens (CKG) will consist of multiple walk-up style buildings and townhouses to provide new housing opportunities to the under-served area.

These buildings are wood-framed structures and will be outfitted with high quality finishes and fixtures to ensure high leaseability. CORE worked closely with the architects to ensure all of the engineered systems were coordinated and integrated properly to complement the overall design and function of the buildings.
