CORE is helping to renovate and fit out the Gateway Spec Building located at the Gateway Industrial Center, in Detroit, Michigan.
The first tenant to occupy the newly constructed building is Italian automotive supplier, Tiberina. CORE provided preliminary planning and programming to Tiberina so the space could be utilized efficiently. Tiberina is occupying 160,000 SF with plans to expand further. CORE provided Architectural, Mechanical, Electrical, and Structural design services for this project
